Job Title: Head of Counterparty Credit Risk Management

Citi is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Counterparty Credit Risk Management team. As a key member of our Institutional Credit Management (ICM) function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk management strategies to ensure the integrity of our wholesale credit business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement credit risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses
  • Lead a team of credit risk professionals to analyze and evaluate credit risk exposures
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement credit risk mitigation strategies
  • Provide expert advice on credit risk management to senior management and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in credit risk management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective credit risk management strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
