Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Limited. This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care to each of our residents, including support with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene. You will also provide emotional support to individuals and their families, as well as work with significant people in our resident's life to give them confidence and reassurance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator and influencer, able to engage well with others and adapt your communication to meet the needs of each individual. You should also be energetic, hard-working, flexible, and passionate about offering superior services.

The estimated salary for this position is £18,000-£20,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including Happy Hub discounts, free meals, access to excellent training, and free onsite parking.

If you possess the qualities mentioned above or have worked in retail, supermarket, warehouse, or other customer-facing environments, no experience as a Care Support Specialist is necessary.
