Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Specialist to join our team at HCRG Staffing. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and other conditions.
The role involves developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users, promoting their self-esteem, happiness, and emotional health. You will respect their right to privacy and ensure their dignity is maintained at all times. Additionally, you will encourage and support service users in expressing their needs, views, and concerns, enabling them to make choices and decisions, and participate in planning and decision-making processes.
The salary for this role is approximately £31,200 per year, based on 37.5 hours per week. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and support, we would love to hear from you
About the Role:
To provide respectful and dignified personal care in accordance with individual care plans, enabling service users to gain independence, confidence, and competence in various areas, including personal care and hygiene, improving and maintaining health and wellbeing, daily living skills, budgeting and paying bills, social skills/relationships, using community resources and facilities, social, leisure, and work activities, finding and sustaining voluntary or paid employment, self-organisation, and coping abilities, and personal safety.
