PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ROLE

Anthem Management is a UK-based property management company that specializes in managing large portfolios of residential properties. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service and property management expertise.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Property Manager at Anthem Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Ensuring timely rent collection and payment
  • Handling tenant queries and resolving issues
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance work

KEY REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Property Management or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
