Job Overview

We are recruiting a Property Assets Overseer to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, with a strong understanding of property management procedures, leases, and relevant legislation.

  • At least 3 years of experience in property management
  • A good understanding of property management procedures
  • An understanding of the RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code
  • A good understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation governing property management
  • Experience in preparing budgets, managing block/client finances, and reviewing accounts
  • Experience and knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and legislation
  • The ability to read and interpret leases
  • A full clean driving license

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working proactively, and making sound judgments.

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
