We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated General Practitioner to lead our team as a Clinical Team Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals, delivering innovative and patient-centered care in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

Role Overview

This substantive full-time or part-time post will provide clinical leadership and management to the prison's healthcare team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, working closely with your Head of Healthcare and North West Regional Lead GP.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to the prison's healthcare team
  • Work closely with your Head of Healthcare and North West Regional Lead GP
  • A recognised medical qualification, certificate of vocational training, and evidence of ongoing professional development

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for healthcare innovation.

Estimated Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also receive access to NHS Pension, annual leave on your birthday, welcome payment for some posts, refer a friend scheme, training and development opportunities, flexible working, access to Employee Assistance and Health and Wellbeing programmes, and up to 33 days annual leave.
