About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our Administration function, you will provide essential support to our sales and accounts teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders efficiently and accurately
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling supplier and customer queries
  • Make outbound calls to resolve issues and provide information to suppliers and customers
