IT Support Specialist

We're seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Autosmart International Ltd. As a key member of our Service and Operations Team, you'll provide support to our entire business, ensuring our IT systems and infrastructure run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Offer in-person and remote support to our colleagues, helping them get the most out of their devices, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Utilize your skills and experience, with support from third parties when needed.
  • Monitor hardware and consumable stocks to support our IT procurement process.
  • Support our factory and warehouse systems, including barcode scanners, CCTV, and other equipment.
  • Proactively maintain our IT systems and hardware to ensure high availability and security.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a user-facing IT support role.
  • Knowledge of ITIL working practices or willingness to learn them.
  • Experience with current Microsoft Windows operating systems, both Desktop and Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entral D/Active Directory, Intune, and Teams administration, alongside other Microsoft products.
  • Experience with Cyber Security best practices.
