We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Nursery Nurse to join our dynamic team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a key member of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our smallest and sickest babies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans for neonates and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Support mothers with their infant feeding choices and provide education on breastfeeding and lactation.
- Participate in clinical procedures and resuscitation efforts under the supervision of qualified staff.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams.
