Pay Rate: £22
The Resident Relationship Officer role is designed to provide a single point of contact for residents facing significant challenges in their lives. This role aims to empower residents to identify their inner strength and find new pathways for progression and resolution of issues impacting their lives.
The Resident Relationship Manager will assess and accept referrals of complex cases, ensuring clear outcomes-based plans and risk management action plans are in place. This may involve maximising access to a range of services and interventions, including:
- Mental health support
- Domestic abuse services
- Harassment and hate crime support
- Loss and bereavement support
- Debt and financial hardship assistance
The role also involves providing initial and tailored support to new social housing tenants to ensure they understand their rights and responsibilities and can maximise the opportunities available to them.
