The Resident Relationship Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that residents living in Enfield Council Homes have access to a single point of contact for guidance, support, and empowerment. This role is designed to help residents overcome significant challenges in their lives, providing short to medium-term solutions and, in some cases, long-term support.

The Resident Relationship Officer will accept and assess referrals of complex cases, developing clear outcomes-based plans and risk management action plans to ensure residents receive the necessary support. This may include access to mental health services, domestic abuse support, harassment/hate crime assistance, loss and bereavement counseling, and financial assistance for substantial debt and hardship.

Additionally, the Resident Relationship Officer will provide initial and tailored support to new social housing tenants, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to understand their rights and responsibilities as tenants and maximize the opportunities available to them.

Key Responsibilities:
