Qualified Youth Worker

We are seeking a qualified youth worker to join our Children in Need team at Entrust Social Care Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to provide support to vulnerable young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities- To undertake S47 enquiries and manage a caseload of CIN, CP, and LAC cases.
- To liaise with other professionals, including police officers, teachers, and health visitors.
- To develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the needs of children and young people.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified social worker, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures. You will be required to hold a DipSW or equivalent qualification, be registered with the HCPC, and have a current DBS clearance.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is approximately £25-30 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also benefit from:
