About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our Paediatric Department as a key member of our multi-disciplinary team. As a Nurse in this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care to patients in accordance with Clinical Governance.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Working as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver a high standard of holistic nursing care
- Ensuring that an individual programme of care is planned, implemented, and evaluated
- Participating in all relevant aspects of the Governance process
- Acting as a team leader when competency achieved
