Clarity Recruitment is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join a family-run and community-centered pharmacy in Scotland. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary on offer for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and evaluate their suitability for the patient.
- Provide advice to patients on the use of medicines, including dosage, side effects, and interactions with other medications.
- Counsel patients on the management of chronic diseases.
- Conduct medication reviews to ensure patients are taking their medications as prescribed.
- Order and stock medications and medical supplies.
Requirements:
- Registration with the GPhC.
- Relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
