About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at IRIS Software Group. As a key member of our Revenue Operations function, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate Salesforce data and create insightful dashboards to align teams and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to streamline workflows and improve lead generation, sales, and revenue management.
  • Support sales teams by assisting with pricing, quoting, contracts, and key sales tools.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance to keep everyone aligned on goals and metrics.
  • Track key metrics (like win rates and sales cycles) to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Oversee platforms like Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement software.
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as revenue forecasting, budgeting, and other initiatives that drive business growth.
