Job Description:

The Strategic Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our Web3 investments. This includes analyzing market dynamics, technological trends, and regulatory environments to ensure the security of our investments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Identification and Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks related to our Web3 investments.
  2. Risk Control and Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
  3. Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor the risk status of our investments and provide regular reports to management on risk assessment results and control measures.
  4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team, technical team, and legal team to ensure effective implementation of risk control strategies.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in investment risk management or related fields, with experience in Web3 preferred.
  • Professional Skills: Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi). Excellent risk analysis and management skills, capable of independently developing and implementing risk management strategies. Proficiency in using risk management software and tools, with data analysis and modeling capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
