SEN Support Assistant

We are working with a school in Barnet to find enthusiastic teaching assistants to join their team on a full-time basis.
About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and working with students who require extra support. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment and providing personal care when needed.
Your Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment for students.
- Work in groups or one-to-one with students requiring additional support.
- Provide personal care as needed.
- Experience working with students or young adults with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred.
- Previous experience in a school environment is also beneficial.
- You must be able to work full-time and have excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
- You must be willing to undergo a DBS check or have a current one.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £24,375, offering a competitive compensation package.
