Ruminant Feed Sales Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at De Lacy Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a large team of sales professionals and contributing to the continued success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead a large team of sales professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and interact regularly with customers on farm.
Requirements:
- Prior feed sales experience, particularly ruminant focused.
- Ambition and drive to succeed, with the ability to motivate others.
- Previous team management experience is highly desirable.
- A flexible approach to working and a willingness to adapt.
- A team player who can be decisive under pressure.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, excellent support and progression opportunities, and a supportive environment that encourages career development and growth.
