We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Associate to join our team at Heat Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial advisors, including preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to our financial advisors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality service delivery.">
  • Manage advisors' schedules and coordinate client meetings, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.">
  • Submit pensions and transfers, prepare and process financial applications, letters of authority, and investment transfers.">
  • Track and follow up on pending applications, ensuring timely completion and resolving any issues that may arise.">
  • Prepare valuation reports and assist with portfolio reviews, working closely with our financial advisors and other administrative staff.">

Requirements

">
  • Prior experience in financial services administration or a similar role, preferably within the wealth management industry.">
  • Familiarity with Microsoft, Aviva, and IO software systems.">
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.">
  • Knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, and insurance.">
  • Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.">
