Job Description

Bid Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join its team. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for managing bids for real estate and facilities management clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire proposal and presentation development process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Write, edit, format, and proof all proposal and presentation materials, showcasing the company's expertise and value proposition.
  • Attend preparation sessions for all opportunities, adhering to best practices and ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support Senior Proposal Managers on large-scale bids, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to new content development efforts and strategic firm initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Upload all final deliverables to proposal and presentation libraries, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Perform pursuit close-out activities, working closely with Knowledge Management to ensure revised and new content is uploaded to the content library.
  • Support the upkeep of the content library, including improvements to searchability and accessibility.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate, coordinate, and respond to global and regional RFIs and RFPs, showcasing expertise in bid management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with people at all levels of the organization, including senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work well and thrive under pressure, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, upholding the company's reputation and values.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat, with experience in InDesign and desktop publishing a plus.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
