Job Opportunity

Career Legal is seeking a highly analytical and adaptable Rewards and Benefits Specialist to join their HR department on a fixed-term contract basis until October 2025. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successful delivery of annual salary and bonus reviews, with experience in benefits management and using Workday Compensation and Benefits applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of salary review meetings, timetables, and guidelines, and perform job evaluation and compensation benchmarking.
  • Support the budgeting and modelling process for compensation planning.
  • Ensure off-line salary and bonus decisions are captured in the firm's internal HR System - Workday.
  • Assist in the pay gap analysis and reporting process.
  • Ensure operational delivery of various benefit schemes and be accountable for compliance with pension auto-enrolment requirements.
  • Manage external stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Provide help and mentoring to the HR Advisors while continually monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's processes.
Requirements

The Rewards and Benefits Specialist will have performed a Compensation/Reward and Benefits Analyst role in a large commercial environment, ideally Professional Services. It would be beneficial to have also worked in a Shared Services environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical individual with a flexible approach and able to manage priorities in a high-pressure environment. Proficiency in Excel, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor are essential.
