Territory Sales Performance Lead

Key Role Summary
This exciting new opportunity at DX Group requires a skilled Area Sales Development Manager to build a close network of contacts with current and prospective customers, contributing to innovative and creative pipeline solutions alongside sales colleagues nationwide.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with the General Manager & Regional Sales Manager to implement the sales strategy and business plan for the area, utilising C&D fleet capacity to collect from prospect customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with DX growth across all services.
- Develop and manage customer prospects to maximise sales growth.
- Partner with the DX Bid Management Team to deliver effective tender responses to specific customer opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the DX Group product portfolio and all associated features and benefits, adapting them to meet customer needs.
- Provide accurate and timely business forecasts and lead regular sales meetings.
- Utilise the sales tools to maintain and develop the sales pipeline and customer information, aligning with the agreed sales process.

Compensation Package
This role comes with a competitive salary of up to £44,900, encompassing car allowance/company car, with an estimated OTE of £55k - £70k+ (uncapped commission), ensuring your hard work is rewarded.
