Key Role Summary

This exciting new opportunity at DX Group requires a skilled Area Sales Development Manager to build a close network of contacts with current and prospective customers, contributing to innovative and creative pipeline solutions alongside sales colleagues nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the General Manager & Regional Sales Manager to implement the sales strategy and business plan for the area, utilising C&D fleet capacity to collect from prospect customers.
  2. Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with DX growth across all services.
  3. Develop and manage customer prospects to maximise sales growth.
  4. Partner with the DX Bid Management Team to deliver effective tender responses to specific customer opportunities.
  5. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the DX Group product portfolio and all associated features and benefits, adapting them to meet customer needs.
  6. Provide accurate and timely business forecasts and lead regular sales meetings.
  7. Utilise the sales tools to maintain and develop the sales pipeline and customer information, aligning with the agreed sales process.

Compensation Package

This role comes with a competitive salary of up to £44,900, encompassing car allowance/company car, with an estimated OTE of £55k - £70k+ (uncapped commission), ensuring your hard work is rewarded.
