Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective service standards and procedures.
- Manage service desk communications with both the team and customers.
- Promote good customer relationships, improving satisfaction while maintaining quality and repair times.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and present regular progress reports to senior management.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the workshop and car park areas.
- Foster a culture of excellence in after-sales experience for customers.
- Demonstrate exceptional organisation and diary management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and service-related programmes.
- Hold a full clean driving license.
