B2B Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Executive to join our sales team at Eventura Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Lead and mentor Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Administrators
- Collaborate with the marketing team on active and future campaigns
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
