We are seeking an experienced Senior Inbound Sales & Client Relations Manager to join our growing team. This role involves building relationships with clients, expanding on our services, and guiding them through the business sale process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments with internal teams, ensuring smooth scheduling and minimizing cancellations.
  • Business Acumen: Provide guidance on the business sale process, helping clients make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Diary Management Expertise: Experienced in managing diaries within an appointment setting environment for external and internal customers.
  • B2B Sales: Proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to build relationships and navigate complex conversations.
