Our CV Library team is seeking a skilled Regional Office Administrator to oversee daily operations in our Sheffield office.

About the Role:
  • Ensure efficient preparation and dispatch of client correspondence, encompassing letters and emails.
  • Accurately scan and attach relevant documents to client records, guaranteeing up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate the processing of letters of authority and communicate with providers to facilitate smooth resolution.
  • Maintain and refine administration systems to streamline client interactions.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, facilitating direct communication and arranging meetings for advisers as required.
  • Prepare comprehensive client files for adviser meetings, addressing both new and existing clients.
  • Oversight of new business initiatives, including processing and monitoring, with regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Pipeline management, tracking progress, and reporting back to relevant parties.
  • Effective case resolution through collaboration with clients and third-party vendors.
  • Issuance of policy documents and general support via IO software.
  • Collaboration with colleagues to address queries and enhance overall team performance.
Compensation and Benefits:
