We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our vibrant Sheffield office as an Office Administrator. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across departments, engaging with clients, and supporting the day-to-day functions that keep an office running smoothly.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Admin Support: Providing administrative support to the team, including managing office operations, welcoming guests, handling post, and assisting with scanning and printing needs.
  • Client Relations: Engaging with clients professionally, both over the phone and in person, to ensure a positive experience.
  • Document Organisation: Organising and maintaining electronic filing systems, opening and archiving files, and supporting billing procedures.
  • Supporting Fee Earners: Experience in providing top-notch support to fee earners and clients alike.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management systems.

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this role is up to £23,000.
