Job Overview:
We are seeking an HR Manager to support the continued growth of our business. This role involves leading and managing the HR function to provide a high standard of support to the business and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to achieve key company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Monitor and review company policies and processes.
  • Provide high-level support in recruitment, employee relations, and wellbeing.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of HR generalist experience with Level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong people/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with other function leads, senior management, and external stakeholders.
