Financial Controller

Glenshire Group is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing our accounts function and shaping our finance processes to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Group Finance Director and will oversee a team of 5 colleagues, including finance and accounts functions.
We are looking for a proven financial leader with a strong attention to detail and a passion for finance. If you have a willingness to deliver and are excited about the opportunity to grow and progress within our business, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing financial controls to ensure robust reporting and monitoring of finances across the business
- Full ownership of the month-end processes across all group companies
- Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts, with input from your team, to prepare MI packs for presentation to stakeholders
- Providing financial support and liaison to other departments across the group
- Leading people through training and culture to provide professional leadership and direction to the accounts/finance teams
- Liaising with other departments to ensure maximum business-wide profitability
