**The ROLE**

This is a growth role, where you will be provided with on-site training and supervision to perform well and hit your goals. **What will I be DOING**

**Job Scope**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure that all Customer Service activities are maintained at the highest standard in line with company policy.

2. Full customer liaison including answering telephone, providing quotations, processing orders and return sales orders on the ERP system.

3. Control and processing of all future orders.

4. Deal with pricing queries and Debit Notes from Customer Service, Internal Sales and Accounts departments, to resolve issues.

5. Fulfilling all customer requests for samples of products.

6. Completing warranty forms and sending to customers who require machine repairs, create warranty repair file and follow up to the point that the machine is collected and delivered into DART.

7. Liaison with the warehouse regarding any special customer requests.

9. Provide support for External Sales staff as required.

10. Sort and file all Delivery Note copies on a daily basis.

11. Assisting with printing of “Out of Stock” cards.

12. Record Customer details from returned Guarantee Cards.

13. Attend meetings and take minutes as requested.

14. Carry out all postal duties as required.

15. Administrative duties as directed by the Customer Services Manager.

16. Provide administration support for the Directors.

17. Any other duties within the title holder’s capabilities as required and directed by Management.

Accuracy and speed are also important skills, as well as excellent IT capabilities and being able to read and write English well as you will need to follow orders and pricing accurately.

If you've worked in a simliar environment before this is a distinct advantage but willingness for the work is the most important aspect.

You must also have the Right to Work and live within the UK and live within a comutable distance of our office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
