Job Title: Specialist Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Health Nurse to join our Continence Service team. As a Specialist Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing expert care to individuals with bladder and bowel dysfunction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with bladder and bowel dysfunction
  • Conduct community clinics and domiciliary work to support patients in their own homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care

Requirements:
  • First-level Registered General Nurse qualification
