About the Opportunity

To support our research agenda on the socio-economic aspects of peatland and wetland management, we are seeking a social scientist to join our team. As a key member of the research team, you will contribute to the design and implementation of research projects, analyze data, and disseminate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Design and conduct research studies to investigate the social and economic impacts of peatland and wetland conservation.
  • Analyze data from surveys, interviews, and other research methods to identify trends and patterns.
  • Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders, including policymakers and community groups.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Social Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in qualitative research methods.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex research findings to diverse audiences.
