Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Service Apprentice to join our team in Central London. As a Technical Service Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced engineers to develop your skills and knowledge in medical technology equipment and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-Site Support: Provide on-site support and maintenance services for medical technology equipment.
  • Remote Troubleshooting: Provide remote troubleshooting and repair services to ensure quick and efficient issue resolution.
  • Lifecycle Management: Support product and solution lifecycle management from site surveys to decommissioning and disposal.
Requirements
  • A completed technical apprenticeship or HNC in electronics, engineering, IT, or a scientific qualification.
  • A valid full UK driving license.
  • The ability to work throughout the UK and Ireland, with occasional travel to Germany and the USA for training.

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
