About the Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Implementation Team as a Senior Implementation Officer (Infrastructure Planning) in a two-year, fixed-term contract.

This role involves working proactively with internal colleagues and external infrastructure providers and stakeholders to help secure and deliver our ambitious Place agenda.

As a member of Planning Services, opportunities for learning and development will be provided, and flexible working patterns can be accommodated to support a healthy work/life balance.

About You

You will be able to establish effective project management and monitoring of legal agreements and infrastructure project delivery.

An excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills, you will be knowledgeable in understanding viability requirements and working with experts to assimilate and analyse complex data.

About the Team

The Implementation Team plays a key role in delivering new housing and economic growth to Huntingdonshire.

Working alongside colleagues in Strategic Development and Planning Policy, as well as the wider development management planning teams, the team is responsible for working with colleagues and partners to identify infrastructure needs, the mitigation required, the funding package, and the delivery mechanism.

Key Responsibilities
