Key Responsibilities- Providing specialist advice and guidance to primary care teams and other healthcare professionals on mental health issues
- Conducting thorough assessments and developing comprehensive care plans for patients with complex mental health needs
- Delivering evidence-based interventions and treatments to promote recovery and well-being
- Collaborating with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery and effective patient outcomes
- Supporting junior staff and students through teaching and supervision
We require a qualified mental health nurse with significant experience in clinical practice, ideally within a community-based setting. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is approximately £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
