Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team, working closely with Community Mental Health Teams to deliver clinically led, person-centred services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with the RPS Core Advanced Curriculum to enhance clinical pharmacy services.
  2. Active participation in a community of practice/peer network to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  3. Develop and maintain a portfolio, including a screenshot of learning progress and completion of the RPS learning needs analysis tool.
