We're seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our Barrow-in-Furness Brewers Fayre.

About the Role:

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless service, from greeting customers to serving food and drinks.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
