Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and drinks to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
