We're seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Barrow-in-Furness Brewers Fayre. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items, ensuring guests have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
