Pre-Operative Assessment Team Lead Opportunity

Spire Wellesley is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Operative Assessment Team Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Pre-Operative Assessment service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and effective pre-operative care for our patients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Pre-Operative Assessment team and ensuring the safe assessment of patients. You will work closely with the POA Manager to develop and implement effective assessment protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the Pre-Operative Assessment team
  • Develop and implement effective assessment protocols and procedures
  • Ensure safe and effective pre-operative care for patients
  • Work closely with the POA Manager to achieve service goals and objectives

Requirements

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • 1 year Team Lead experience (not necessarily in POA)
  • Minimum of 2 years Pre-Assessment experience
  • Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
  • Strong communication skills
