Pre-Operative Assessment Team Lead Opportunity

Spire Wellesley is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Operative Assessment Team Lead to join our team on a part-time basis, working 30 hours per week.

We offer a comprehensive private hospital service in a comfortable and relaxed environment to patients from across Essex. Our team of medical professionals and support staff are dedicated to providing exceptional care and service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Pre-Operative Assessment team and ensuring the safe assessment of patients. They will work closely with the POA Manager to develop and implement effective assessment processes and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Pre-Operative Assessment team
  • Develop and implement effective assessment processes and protocols
  • Ensure the safe assessment of patients
  • Work closely with the POA Manager to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • 1 year Team Lead experience (not necessarily in POA)
  • Minimum of 2 years Pre-Assessment experience
  • Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
  • Strong communication skills
