Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Totaco Ltd. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Utilize expertise in financial services to provide tailored solutions to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives
Totaco Ltd is a well-established, privately owned lender with over 20 years of experience in the asset finance and lending industry. We offer a range of financing solutions and are known for fostering a positive work environment, with growth and long-term career opportunities.
Requirements- Proven experience in financial services, ideally as a Broker, but candidates from a lender background looking to move into direct sales will also be considered
- Expertise in cold outreach, with the ability to independently generate new leads and nurture existing relationships
- Familiarity with business loans, hire purchase, and finance leases is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset to help spearhead the direct sales division
