About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Totaco Ltd. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives

Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial services, ideally as a Broker, but candidates from a lender background looking to move into direct sales will also be considered
  • Expertise in cold outreach, with the ability to independently generate new leads and nurture existing relationships
  • Familiarity with business loans, hire purchase, and finance leases is essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset to help spearhead the direct sales division
