Sustainability Manager

At Whitbread, we're committed to tackling social and environmental challenges. Our sustainability programme, Force for Good, is a key part of our business.
We're seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead our environmental reporting programme. This role involves managing ESG indices, benchmarking, and data capture for KPIs.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather and measure sustainability data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Force for Good reporting programme
- Managing data capture for KPIs
- Developing external communications of FFG through corporate and brand-facing websites
- Sourcing stakeholder engagement and project management experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong influencing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build networks with various audiences. A passion for sustainability and environmental reporting is essential.
This is a permanent position based in Dunstable, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
