Architectural Decorators Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team in Ruislip. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and supervising day-to-day activities at site level, ensuring work is carried out safely and in compliance with all health and safety legislation.

The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of external walls, experience in managing a team of trade staff across multiple sites, and excellent communication skills to establish good working relationships with clients, the public, and subcontractors.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 to £50,000, based on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a company van, fuel card, phone, and company branded uniform.

Additional benefits include 21 days of holiday, bank holidays, and Christmas closure, plus a birthday day off. A DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the company's expense, and you will be eligible to work in the UK.

During your six-month probationary period, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our team.
