Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Major Loss Expert to join our team at Lawes Insurance Recruitment. As a Major & Complex Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex claims, providing expert guidance and support to clients, and promoting our business and products to clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and understanding of FSA procedures and TCF initiatives, as well as technical knowledge within the adjusting arena at a complex loss level. They will also be able to influence key personnel to give the product a competitive edge and inspire others to deliver excellent service to differing people, with differing expectations, in a range of commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex claims, providing expert guidance and support to clients
  • Work closely with other teams, including Casualty/Liability, to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Promote our business and products to clients and stakeholders
  • Influence key personnel to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues">

Requirements

  • ">
  • ACILA or similar qualification
  • Extensive experience in handling complex claims, preferably at a senior adjusting level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Full UK driving licence">
