Job Summary:


We are looking for a seasoned Property Damage Assessment Expert to join our team at Exchange Street Claims Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing damage to commercial properties, preparing reports, and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.


About the Role:


This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled and experienced loss adjuster. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive fair and timely settlements for their commercial property claims.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough assessments of damage to commercial properties.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining the extent of damage and recommended repair or replacement costs.
  • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure fair pricing and efficient resolution of claims.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of loss adjusting experience in commercial property.
  • CILA qualification or evidence of progression towards it.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused and professional attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
