Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our healthcare operations in Dartford, Kent. As a Healthcare Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services, managing and supervising the staff team, and ensuring the highest standards of care are provided.

The successful candidate will have a health and social care degree or equivalent qualification, as well as experience of working in a similar role. You will also need to have a clear enhanced DBS record and excellent presentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of care services
  • Manage and supervise the staff team
  • Ensure the highest standards of care are provided
  • Maintain up-to-date records and databases
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
