Job Description

We are currently seeking a Healthcare Professional Development Role candidate to join our team at HCRG Care Group in Dartford.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge as a Clinical Practitioner Associate, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality patient care.

As a Healthcare Professional Development Role, you will be responsible for leading group exercise sessions, undertaking blood tests, and assessing patient needs and implementing care plans.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a band 3 rehabilitation/therapy assistant in an NHS community rehabilitation setting and possess the ability to operate community equipment.
