Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join our team of experts working on RunSAP Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 3rd level incident support, problem analysis and resolution, and delivering SAP enhancements. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer relations' skills, and the ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and Support: working closely with our customers as SAP SME for MM / SD, knowledge of supporting SAP configuration and MM / SD business process.
  • Deliver Great Customer Service: build effective working relationships with colleagues, internal & external customers.
  • Deliver Change: working with our customers to Gather and analyse requirements, define, validate, and design solutions.
  • Identify Innovation Initiatives: Looking out for improvements for our customers, and for our internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge in SAP configuration and understanding of business process in MM / SD SAP related experience.
  • Strong numeracy, verbal, and literacy skills.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office.
  • Strong personal and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work at pace managing own workload to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to change focus quickly based on changing prioritisation.

Desirable Skills:

  • SAP Certified, or a willingness to commit to a learning journey.
