Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP consultant to join our RunSAP Logistics Team. The successful candidate will provide 3rd level incident support, problem analysis and resolution, and deliver SAP enhancements. Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills are essential, as well as excellent personal organization and prioritization skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and Support: Work closely with customers as an SAP SME for MM/SD, providing knowledge of SAP configuration and MM/SD business processes. Act as 3rd line support to resolve incidents and problems.
  • Deliver Great Customer Service: Build effective working relationships with colleagues, internal and external customers.
  • Deliver Change: Work with customers to gather and analyze requirements, define, validate, and design solutions. Translate requirements into functional specifications, working with appropriate teams to detail SAP configuration, ABAP changes, and security requirements.
  • Identify Innovation Initiatives: Look for improvements for our customers and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP configuration and understanding of MM/SD business processes.
  • Strong numeracy, verbal, and literacy skills.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office.
  • Strong personal and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work at pace, managing own workload to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to change focus quickly based on changing priorities.
